LISTENING TOUR

Our City Manager will stop by to
listen to your ideas for our City (and neighborhoods’) future.

What is your vision for the City of Springfield for the year 2030?? The Phelps Neighborhood Association has invited City Manager, Greg Burris, to conduct a stop of his “Listening Tour” for our neighborhood. (Also attending will be Council Members Cindy Rushefsky and Nick Ibarra.)  Burris asks participants to identify what they value most about Springfield, what we would change, what we vision for our City, and how do we get there?

The City has began the process of preparing its’ 2030 strategic plan. (“The Metropolitan Plan”) This plan will build upon and or refine the Vision 20/20 plan started in the mid ‘90s.
