Flooding Issues
The Phelps Neighborhood Association recognizes the significance and magnitude of flooding to our neighbors and hope with more education we can solve issues at both our homes and the urban infrastructure in our neighborhood.

Currently, we are collecting data related to the flood events that have occurred during 2008 and 2009.  The hope is to document the scope of the issue in the neighborhood in order to provide the city with a better picture of where and how flooding impacts our neighborhood.

The Association encourages everyone to fill out the survey, please encourage your neighbor, or help your neighbor fill out the form and submit.  The more complete "picture" we can generate the more useful the collected information.
